To date, our factory covers a land area of more than 30 acres and consists of two modern production plants:
Plant 1: Workshop area of 30,000 m²
Plant 2: Workshop area of 70,000 m²
The factory is equipped with advanced large‑scale processing equipment and strong production capacity, with key technical parameters as follows:
Maximum lifting capacity of cranes: 2 × 160 t
Maximum lifting height of cranes: 40 m
Maximum machining diameter for cylindrical parts: 8.3 m
Maximum plate thickness for bending machine: 160 mm
We are equipped with hundreds of sets of complete fabrication equipment, supporting a full production flow from raw material cutting, welding, machining to final assembly.
The main equipment includes:
CNC plasma cutting machines, CNC plate bending machines, various welding equipment, CNC lathes, CNC milling and boring machines, CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical lathes, overhead traveling cranes, annealing furnaces, sand blasting machines, four large‑scale painting rooms, and other supporting facilities.
