Product Introduction
The hammer crusher is designed for the crushing of medium-hard and brittle materials. It is suitable for stones and ores with a compressive strength of up to 250 MPa, including limestone, dolomite, shale, gypsum, coal gangue and other construction aggregates. It can be used for both primary and fine crushing, delivering a high reduction ratio and uniform particle size to enhance material utilization and downstream efficiency.

Working Principle
The hammer crusher has evenly distributed hammers mounted on the main shaft. The motor drives the rotor via a V-belt, causing the hammers to swing outward under centrifugal force. Material enters the crushing chamber and is shattered by the high-speed rotating hammers. Qualified material is discharged from the bottom, while oversized material remains in the chamber and continues to be impacted until it reaches the required size.
