DZXH calcium hydroxide digester is the core production equipment of calcium hydroxide from quicklime, which is designed and manufactured by ourselves by absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad and combining with production practice. The technology is the world's leading level. The structure consists of shell, mixing shaft, transmission system, spray system and control system.
The main production step is to calcinate limestone and other raw materials into lime, and release carbon dioxide gas through the trough digester or cage digester ash to generate calcium hydroxide emulsion. After blending and aging, it is sent to the carbonization tower for carbonization precipitation. After carbonization, the thickened slurry enters the dehydration unit, and the dehydrated calcium carbonate wets the restricted fruit conveying equipment into the rotary tube roller dryer or disk potential continuous desiccants for drying treatment.
